When trying to build some good quality muscle, you need to make sure you are eating 1 to 2 grams of lean protein per pound of body weight per day.

Contest prep is always fun,challenging, tricky,exciting and comes with the big question will my body respond as well as it did last year or maybe it will respond better.
I find it an adventure every year, seeing the changes in my body week to week. I am less then 6 weeks from my pro debut(Pro Bodybuilding Weekly-Tim Gardners show in Tampa Florida). Prep is going very well my body is respondng nicely, I am using my husbands help for this show and we are actually getting along great with prep, I am listening and not giving him to hard a time. Unfortually I couldn’t work with Hany Rambod this time just too many money n job challenges this year for us. I miss Hany n Farinez. But Shawn my husband aka trainer man lol is doing an awesome job with me.
I have prepped a few people in the past but really want to expand on that, (build up my business, contest prep, posing, basic nutrition, off season, etc). I will be working on that. You can find some information on my training page.
