Personal Athletic Training: $ 250.00 Includes-Phone conversation to assess any limitations and/or set fitness goal followed with a custom workout routine specifically designed for you to achieve your fitness goal.
Nutrition plans: $250.00 initial nutritional plan set up; Includes-Phone conversation to assess goal and food likes and dislikes, eating habits, and any food allergies.
Weight-loss: $50.00 per month; Includes tracking progress and adjusting nutrition plan as needed.
Muscle Growth: $50.00 per month; Includes tracking progress and adjusting nutrition plan as needed.
Men’s and Women’s Bodybuilding, Physique and Womens Figure Training;
Off-season; $250.00 per month includes: complete nutrition plan, training routine/schedule, and supplement regimen. Must be able to send digital pictures twice per month, also includes two phone conversations per month.
Competition prep; 12 week prep; $2,500.00, 14- 16 week prep; $2,750: prep includes but is not limited to, complete nutrition plan, training routine/schedule, supplement regimen, coaching on posing. Claire will need weekly pics, email, and phone call up to two weeks prior to your show. Last two weeks Claire will need pics at least every other day with email and phone call to make final physique adjustments. Claire is also personally available for final prep two days before your Pre-Judging (client will be responsible all of Claire’s travel costs including airfare/gas, hotel, and meals as necessary).
Bikini training and competition prep also available.
