Hi All,  hope the holiday season is finding everyone in good spirits.   Well I sent in my request for an invite to the Arnold Classic.   We are suppose to hear sometime towards end of December if we are in or not.   I will be starting prep tomorrow just in case I do get the invite.   Dont’ want to be behind if I get it.   If I don’t then I will go back to offseason clean diet and try again next year for the Invite.

Hey all, holiday season is upon us,   as soon as those Starbucks red cups show up it just makes me smile.   I really enjoy the holiday season, Thanksgiving, spending time with family, putting up the Christmas tree and all the lights.  joy joy.

Deadline for the request for an Arnold invite is December 16,   I need to start working on it,  I want to get it mailed by the end of November.  Wish me luck

Here are the baby pups growing up fast.

Well it is August,  or actually almost the end of August.   Been extremely busy since we got back the Europa Battle of Championships in Hartford CT.  What a great show that was.  My friend Lisa flew out for it, Lisa’s Brother that live near Hartford came down with his family and he made me the best Cheesecake I have ever had.  My good friends Danielle and Jamie came to the finals and we all had dinner together.  Fun fun all the way around.   Michelle Brent you are awesome picking us up at the airport thanks so much.  My Ex-sister in law and her husband we visited on Sunday and had a blast touring around Hartford,  beautitful place.

The best part I placed 10th.  my goal was top 15 going in,  there were 24 awesome women competing and when I got 10th place I was so happy.   So much better then Tampa.  I am sad the competition season is over for now, and I am looking forward to next year.  I am also so sad that FBB is still,  especially at the local level,  being pushed out almost completely.   For right now it is all about off season training,  eating good, training hard, refining some of those bodyparts that are still lagging.    I am also really working on keeping my personal training business busy and we have a few other projects we are working on.

I have added some new photos under the gallery pages.  I had a great photo shoot in Hartford with Richard Creaturo of Impulse productions,  www.impulsepro.com  ,  he was so fun to work with professional, nice, great person.   In Tampa also had a great photo shoot with Ibrahim Keshk   www.shy-media.com.    Another great photographer that was a blast to work for.    He also took some pictures for Wings of Strenght website,  I haven’t seen those yet but hope to soon. and then I worked with Steve Brown Jr from femflex, he shoot some video stuff.  He also was great to work with.   Thanks to you all for being so professional and making me look good.

Well off to work on some things,   still need to get a few video things up, haven’t figured out how to do that, need to email my friend Lad.  have a good night everyone.

It is Sunday July 24,  we leave in a few days for Hartford, CT, for my last show for the year.   I am really hoping to place a tad better then last time,  LOL,  man I sure hope so.   It will be a fun trip no matter what though,  get see my BFF Lisa,  she is flying in and staying with us and Lisa’s brother and wife are driving down for dinner saturday night(and he makes a mean cheesecake he is bringing), and then my very very good friends Danielle and Jamie are driving and going to be there for the finals and dinner and fun afterwards.   My ex-sister in law and husband live close and Shawn and are  going to lunch with them Sunday before we fly home Sunday night.   Michelle Brent lives close with her husband Bill, awesome people,  she is picking us up at the airport.   Thanks so much Michelle.    Photo shoot with one of Michelles friends Richard Creaturo Impulse Productions on Sunday and last but not least get to catch up with some friends,  Tammy, Lori, Joel, Debbie, Jennifer, Angie and many more.    Very stacked show again,  19 competitors as of today but deadline is tomorrow so we will probably see finale list on Tuesday.   I feel good and ready, just a few last minute things and then game on.    

When I get back I will update some pics from a photo shoot I had in Tampa with Ibby, and also I have some things in the works, that will be a surprise but hope to have in the next 6 to 9 months.

Puppies turned 8 weeks yesterday,   they are so cute and bucky and sweet.

Hi everyone,  well we were suppose to be in a plane on the way home right now,  but no go.  Plane was delayed, then there was no connecting flight for us, so airline has us put up in hotel in Tampa till tomorrow afternoon when we will try and fly home again.   When we do get home I will post a blog about my whole experience at my first pro show.   Till then.

It has been a wirlwind the last few days,  I think I was more nervous then I thought I was about stepping on the pro stage for thefirst time, didn’t sleep but a few hours since we had left California.   It was a learning experience, I was a bit disappointed at getting last call out thought I might be in the 3rd, but I also knew it was a long shoot for me and really tried to not have any expectations, but hey I am competitive and like do do well.  

I was very happy with the package I brought, just forgot some very important presentations things that I need to fix.  To say I was in awe and overwelmed trying to remember all the things you need to remember would be an understatement lol.   All in all it was a good learning experience and I plan on going and doing the Hartford(Europa) show at the end of july.  

Oh and it was nice to have good reviews   from both dave palumbo on rxmuscle and Shawn Ray at MD- the critques they both do during play by play. Other then ShawnRay saying my tan looked orange lol but he always says that about me(I don’t see it) both said good things. 

Well it is early sunday , have a few photo shoots today then off for some fun at an amusement park at Orlando tomorrow with the family.

We made it to Tampa yesterday, long travel day but went smooth, no hiccups and we didn’t loose any luggage.   Crazy how much we have but we do have the whole family with us. 
I am so happy with my conditioning this year and not having to make a certain weight I was able to get super lean but didn’t loose my back and delts this year.  Of course they could still be bigger lol but I feel and Shawn feels they are best they have looked to date.
This is a big show which is great for the sport of female bodybuilding, 25 female bb, we out number every other group.  Great line up of women and I am really trying to just enjoy and not get caught up in placings.  As my best friend Lisa said to me today “enjoy the experience, know that I have worked my ass off and I deserve to shine”. With friends like Lisa and husbands like my Shawn and my girls I am so blessed.
